Orders & Pricing
• New wholesale customers initial order must have a net value of £500 or more.
• Existing wholesale customer orders must be to the net goods value of £250 or more.
• A minimum per order of 2 pieces per style and size.
• Revival Vintage reserves the right to lower or increase prices without prior notice.
• Non-UK Customers - Imported goods may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check your locations duty and import rates before ordering.
Shipping & Dispatch
• UK Shipping starts from £9.99. Prices increase depending on weight of order.
• Worldwide Shipping is priced on weight & location.
• We will endeavour to pick and pack orders within 2 working days from the received date.
• UK delivery times generally 1 to 3 days from despatch.
• International shipping times vary from 3 to 10 days depending on delivery location.
• For International orders, wholesale customers are liable to pay their own import duty or any relevant taxes as required by the law of their land.
• If you find items missing from your order you must inform us within 3 days of receipt.
Payments
• Orders will only be dispatched once the full invoice amount has been paid.
• If you find a product is damaged, faulty or we have sent you the wrong item.

• If you find a product is damaged, faulty or we have sent you the wrong item. Please contact us so that we can arrange shipping, refunds/replacements with you.
• The return of non-faulty products may not always be accepted.
•To request a return please do so within 2 weeks of receipt.
• Goods must be in saleable condition and have all original tags and packaging.
• Only credit will be issued for all returned items. We do not refund.
• We do not credit or refund any shipping costs.
Other
• Although items may be shown as in stock on our website they may not be available. You will be informed on any shortfalls of your order.
• Selling - please do not list our products on Marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Etsy.
